Entry Requirements

  1. Age Verification: Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter and Friday and Saturdays are over 21s. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
  2. Dress Code: We encourage smart-casual attire. Please avoid athletic wear, flip-flops, excessively casual clothing, and hats. Dress to impress and embrace the elegance of the night.

Behaviour and Conduct

  1. Respect for Others: Please be respectful to other guests and staff. Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  2. No Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited.
  3. Noise Levels: While we encourage having a good time, please be mindful of your noise levels to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Safety and Security

  1. Bag Checks: Security personnel may conduct bag checks upon entry. Prohibited items will not be allowed inside the venue.
  2. Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and outside food and beverages are strictly forbidden.
  3. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please respect non-smoking zones within the venue.
  4. Vaping: Vaping is allowed and select vapes can be purchased at the bar.

Reservations and Seating

  1. VVIP and Table Reservations: Guests with reservations will be given priority entry. All VVIP bookings must arrive by 11pm or we reserve the right to re-sell the table.
  2. Table Etiquette: Reserved tables are for the use of the booking party only. Please do not occupy reserved spaces without prior permission.

Service and Payment

  1. Minimum Spend: Certain areas and tables may have a minimum spend requirement. Please be aware of this when making reservations.

  2. Professional Photography: Professional photography or videography is not allowed without prior consent from management.

Lost and Found

  1. Personal Belongings: Please keep an eye on your personal belongings. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  2. Coats: All overcoats and jackets must be placed in the designated cloakroom.
  3. Lost Items: If you lose an item, please check with our staff at the end of the night or contact us the following day.

Compliance and Consequences

  1. Adherence to Rules: Guests are expected to comply with all house rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue.
